Outsourcing Viral Video Creation and Video Submission
I made serveral “short videos” but I did not actually make them!
I had Amanda, my assistant do them for me. Here is a really simple process you can do to make short viral videos that will bring you traffic from the video hosting sites.
1. record an mp3 audio about a topic, make it 1-3 minutes long.
2. use a video editing program like sony vegas movie studio and create a slide show off of the mp3 audio.
3. just make title slides with words on them in vegas and sync them to the points you make in your audio.
4. You’ll create about 3-6 slides for a 1-3 minute movie.
5. render them as a WMV movie file and then..
6. upload the video to www.tubemogul.com
7. Tag your video with keywords and phrases
title tag
description tag
keyword tags
catagory tags
Make sure you are focusing on good keywords or long tail keywords so that someone’s search will pick up your video.
8. pay someone do to this for you.

Thanks for the quick tutorial, Jeff. Making videos seems so difficult and time consuming, but you simplified it to where even I can do it.
Of course, if we just skip to step 8, we’re money ahead. Check out my Squidoo page (just click on my name above) to see how I’m promoting the Outsource Compendium.

Todd…
Now you are really thinking like an outsourcer. Comment linking off blog comments creates many back links to your sites and pages.
Good work on the promotion, keep it up.
Jeff

Chris,
That’s so simple even a Caveman can do it!
Record my keyword clips.
Everything else gets handed off and outsourced.
It’s the 4 Minute Video Creator!
Thanks… and great ebook!

Cool, I am glad you like how simple it is.
Implementation and content creation is what it is all about here.
I can hear the REM song… “it’s the death of information marketing as we know it.. and I feel fine.”
