    Jeff I do believe that You are talking good commonsense stuff here, I guess that You can even outsource Your monitoring of outsourced projects and tasks, right? Would I be right in saying that for people just starting out online, each individual project/task outsourced can be added on and budgeted for as You go?     Sales Guy.. that’s called a Project Manager! :)

    Add as you go and understand.

    You want to grow, make sure your outsourcing brings you ROI to pay for itself and add more over time.

    You need to know some internet marketing in terms of “What it does” but now how. If you hire the right outsourcing outfits, you’ll do no explaining cause they know the what, the how and such.
